6. Orders and Cancellations
Placing an Order
When you place an order on avishiindia.in, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products at the listed price. Your order is confirmed only when you receive an order confirmation email from us with your order ID.
Order Acceptance
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion. We may cancel an order if the product is out of stock, if we suspect fraudulent activity, if there is an error in the product listing or pricing, or if we are unable to deliver to your location.
Order Modification
Once an order is placed, modifications such as changing the product, quantity, or delivery address may not always be possible. If you need to modify your order, please contact us immediately at support@avishiindia.in. We will try our best to accommodate changes if the order has not yet been dispatched.
Cancellation Before Dispatch
You may cancel your order before it has been dispatched by contacting us at support@avishiindia.in or calling +91 99999 99999. If the order has not yet been picked up by our logistics partner, we will cancel it and process a full refund within 5 to 7 business days.
Cancellation After Dispatch
Once your order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. You may refuse the delivery or initiate a return after receiving the order in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.
Avishi India’s Right to Cancel
We reserve the right to cancel any order at any time for any reason including but not limited to stock unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or force majeure. In such cases, we will notify you and process a full refund promptly.
